Summer Neon

It's been really summery and warm here in So Cal the past few weeks. It inspired me to grab some of my neon polishes and get some use outta them! They remind me of 1980's neon with white lace.

Although this isn't technically a water marble, I did use SimpleLittlePleasures' Spotted Water Marble tutorial {Link HERE}. So I threw it in my "Water Marble" folder for good measure.
